Fitness Through Peruvian Folkloric Dance
Improve your flexibility, coordination, strength and physical expression as you learn fun folkloric dance steps and enjoy beautiful Peruvian music. Warm-up exercises precede a 40 minute rhythmic exercise program and 10 minute cool-down session.

Who would have thought that this kind of avant garde education would come to the South Bay before, say, UCLA Extension? It unfortunately conflicts with my bellydance classes, or I'd be first in line.
