Got plans this weekend?

You should! And they should be to see this movie.
Alright now, come on, I have to shill for my graphic designer somehow. He is doing my website pro-bono. How do you like that - WhitePeacockDesigns.com was worked on by a guy who worked on "Meet the Robinsons" as well. I think that's cachet.

Mr. Graphic Desgner also hijacked my website into MS FrontPage for me last night, which means that now I, the n00b, will be able to edit my site. Prices comin' down, people, it's crazy! Crazy tiaras, baby!

You may have noticed a silence on the Etsy front. Well, it's been a festival of behind-the-scenes errors. Here's what's been going on:
  • Etsy decided on my first attempt that it did not like me and would not accept anything I uploaded.
  • That's ok, in a way, because Yours Tuly told Mr. GD the wrong size for my store banner for Etsy. I managed to upload it successfully in my second Etsy bout, and I was greeted with something that looked like an escapee from the old Pac Man games. GD is graciously re-working the banner. But it looks cute, right?
  • I iz surfer uf web net - after dreading figuring out shipping (we all have our phobias), I figured out fast on usps.gov that I can easily do shipping and handling for $5.95, with confirmation of delivery. So I arranged for a shipping account and am having materials shipped to me. How do you like that.

I don't like that I've become so "when it happens" about this. But there is just too much going on in my life. In the meantime I'm slowly cranking out merchandise and reconnecting with my artist, and living life.

In other news, South Bay Adult School now has my application to teach jewelry design, and the Bead Studio is eagerly standing by, ready to supply my new students with the materials off their lists. Tomorrow - precious metal clay enters my life, and White Peacock might get a whole new wing before I even fully open the store.

And I've got a weird new craving to try cross-stitch. Don't get me started. No really, don't.
