California Crafter's Club of Etsy

You'll notice a new link on the right side of the screen. This is for my fellow Etsyans to join the California Crafter's Club of Etsy. I just joined it! As they say in corporatespeak, I'm looking forward to making meaningful contributions to the team's goals.

I've been following through on my resolutions and have been to both the Creative Wire Jewelry and Etsy forums at least once a day. I have some lucite beads from my luscious trip to The Beadin' Path that I am playing with to make a couple of bracelets. The Etsy forums have led me to the concept of Squidoo and now I'm exploring that as well!

As for the advanced wire classes, well, I'll have to leave that for later this year. Simultaneously, three of the projects in my life raised their head today.

• My friend, actor MikeMcCann, needs updates done to his website that I maintain. That should occupy me for a good few days, as the guy is booking prolifically, bless him.
• Looks like I am finally going to become the webmaster for L.A. Rabbits. I'm going to be talking to the current webmaster tomorrow for the first time. This is a volunteer opportunity which will give me a chance to hone my skills in Dreamweaver - who knows where that will lead? (And yes, I do love me some bunnies.)
• The Automobile Driving Museum is in talks with Silent Partner to do some wall art for them, and as long as I'm in the area, I'm going to do some data entry for their abundant automotive library. This is the place where Silent Partner and I will be having our reception, and the ADM has been beddy beddy good to us.

And now I've fulfilled another resolution - I've posted once a week! Watch out everyone, I'm gonna be a powerhouse before you know it! ;)
